Reviewandmonitorconstructionmethodologies,logisticsplans,recoveryplans,andsequencingstrategies.
Chairsiteprogressmeetingsandprovideaccuratereportingonprojectperformance.
Ensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,approveddrawings,permits,andregulatoryrequirements.
MonitorimplementationofHSErequirementsandprojectqualitystandards.
Reviewcontractorresourcedeploymentandrecommendcorrectiveactionswherenecessary.
Manageinspections,testing,commissioning,handover,andclose-outactivities.
Supportcommercialandcontractteamsregardingclaims,variations,delays,andriskmitigationmeasures.
Identifyprojectrisksandimplementmitigationstrategiestomaintaindeliverytargets.

Bachelor'sDegreeinCivilEngineeringorarelatedengineeringdiscipline.
Minimum15yearsoftotalexperienceinconstructionmanagement.
Minimum8yearsinaConsultant/PMC/PMCMenvironment.
Immediateavailabilityorshortnoticeperiod.
ProvenexperienceasConstructionManager,SeniorConstructionManager,orsimilarleadershiprole.
Strongexperiencedeliveringlarge-scaleinfrastructure,publicrealm,mixed-use,transportation,urbandevelopment,orgigaprojects.
Extensiveexperiencemanagingcontractorsonbehalfoftheclient.
Strong knowledge of construction supervision, QA/QC, HSE, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills.
PreviousGCCexperienceisessential.
