About the role:

At VML, a WPP company, we create connected brands that drive value for our clients and impact the world. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Content Creator to join our Gurgaon team, producing innovative, always-on content for one of the world's leading global technology brands.

You'll conceptualise and produce both planned and reactive content in English, adapted for use across ASEAN markets. From agile lo-fi production to live capture on dedicated shoot days - you'll take content end to end, helping bring strategy and creative to life. This isn't about one-off campaigns; it's about building a consistent, high-performing brand presence. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ideate & Innovate - Generate social-first, platform-native content ideas in English, built to adapt across ASEAN markets and deliver on brand objectives
• Hack Trends - Monitor channels in real time to spot breaking trends, viral audio, and cultural moments - then turn them into rapid, relevant creative
• Produce End-to-End - Script, shoot, direct, and edit lo-fi short-form content with a heavy focus on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native platform tools
• Design - Build static and motion assets in Adobe Creative Suite to support always-on and organic social programs
• Capture Live - Attend brand events, product launches, and activations to shoot point-and-shoot, in-the-moment content, collaborating with talent, ambassadors, and fans
• Brief Creators - Partner with social strategists to develop creator briefs that help external partners produce authentic, high-performing content
• Work with AI - Use WPP Open (our proprietary AI platform) to drive efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and experiment with scale and personalisation
• Collaborate Globally - Work across teams in Singapore, Australia, and local markets; report to the in-market Social Creative Lead with a dotted line to the Australia-based Creative Lead

Skills & Competencies:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a social creator - self-shoot and self-edit are non-negotiable
• A strong short-form video portfolio across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts (active accounts or professional track record welcome)
• Deep familiarity with native creator tools on Instagram and TikTok
• Proven ability to adapt content for performance across channels and ASEAN markets
• Experience in always-on social - not just campaign-based work
• Genuine interest in technology (experience with tech brands is highly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication across content formats
• Ability to work independently while being a genuine team player
