Who we are looking for: 

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a fast, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to adapt and prepare online-ready artwork based on provided specifications. Design applications include responsive layouts, landing pages. The Graphic Designer will work in close collaboration with the Creative and Studio Leads, Production Manager, Copywriter and Account Team. You will manage creative projects to ensure that all artwork strictly meets accuracy, quality, size, resolution specifications as well as any specific vendor requirements. This work will be completed using the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

What you’ll do: 

• Innovate  | Create new layouts based on a defined look-and-feel, style guides and previous work examples. Edit existing work as needed. Design and prepare files for online implementation, Make all corrections to files during creation and routing process. Create production specifications for handoff to developers
• Craft |  Manage presentation decks and online prototypes. Maintain project style guides to ensure brand consistency.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Designer in a professional environment - agency environment preferred.
• Manage multiple automotive-focused projects and initiatives to ensure that all artwork strictly meets accuracy, quality, size, resolution specifications, and any specific client requirements.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with excellent time management skills to successfully manage several priorities, deadlines, and project milestones.
• Maintain and evolve robust Figma design systems, including updating and managing components to ensure consistency and scalability across digital experiences.
• Deliver high-volume production assets efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Provide end-to-end digital creative solutions at a global scale to deliver inspiration across the entire brand and customer experience.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled workflow platforms to streamline internal processes, reduce time-consuming design tasks, and improve site performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, copy writers, product specialists, content authors, developers, project managers and stakeholders, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Develop meaningful long-term relationships with both internal and external clients.

Bonus Skills:

• Apply knowledge of the automotive industry and related digital customer journeys.
