Lead mobile engineering across iOS and Android, driving mobile architecture, native platform bridges, performance profiling, and automated release pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, scale, and maintain high-performance, modular mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

  • Enforce Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and enterprise state management (BLoC/Cubit).

  • Write custom platform channels (Kotlin/Java, Swift/Objective-C) for native integrations when plugins fall short.

  • Profile and resolve rendering jank, memory leaks, and network overhead using Flutter DevTools.

  • Configure and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions) for automated store deployments.

  • Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level mobile engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ to 7+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 4+ years dedicated to production Flutter apps.

  • Proven track record of architecting and shipping multiple complex, large-scale apps on Google Play and Apple App Store.

  • Mastery of state management (BLoC/Cubit), dependency injection, and modular architecture.

  • Solid experience with native mobile codebases (Android/iOS) and writing automated test suites (unit, widget, integration).

  • Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD automation (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Codemagic).
