Senior Planning Engineer

Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
Prepare and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with actual production performance and delivery schedules.
Analyze material requirements, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential shortages or delays.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor material consumption, stock levels, and production progress to minimize waste and avoid production interruptions.
Follow up on production orders, material availability, and delivery commitments.
Analyze planning KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to planning processes.
Ensure effective utilization of production resources and optimization of inventory levels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
2+ years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or MRP within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in Glass, Ceramics, Building Materials, or similar manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOMs, and Inventory Management.
Good experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
Excellent MS Excel skills and analytical abilities.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
