Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of facilities projects, including renovations, new office buildouts, and ongoing facilities operations while supporting the logistical needs of a growing multi-site organization.Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities
- Support facility-related projects across multiple sites, including planning, design, permitting, and construction for new and existing office locations.
- Coordinate office renovations and expansions, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics related to office moves, installations, and setup, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Track project timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities in compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with external parties on the permitting process and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
- Support space planning, office layouts, and occupancy planning to optimize use of space and accommodate workforce growth.
- Serve as the point of contact for general contractors, vendors, and service providers across all projects.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to senior leadership on project status and performance.
- Ensure all construction and renovation work meets X-Energy’s standards for safety, efficiency, and functionality.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure post-project evaluations and handoffs are completed.
- Support overall headquarters operations and regional offices with logistics planning, facility maintenance, and ongoing improvement projects.
- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision.
Job Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- Valid driver’s license, required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to travel to offsite local properties.
- Assist and support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities.
- Zero to two years of experience in a relevant role required.

Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office
Hours: Standard office schedule are 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Mon-Fri
Compensation

Offers within the posted salary range are commensurate with the individual’s qualifications for the position, along with a view on internal equity, market data, and room for growth. The salary range for this position is:
