Sales Agent

About the Role

• We are looking for motivated, independent and results-oriented Sales Agents to promote and sell our premium bespoke kaftans on a commission basis.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals who can identify potential customers, generate sales opportunities, follow up on prospects and close purchases without the need for daily physical office attendance.
• Your earnings will depend on the number and value of qualifying kaftan sales you generate.
• The role offers flexibility and an additional financial incentive for agents who exceed the monthly sales target.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers interested in premium kaftans and bespokemenswear.
• Promote the brand\'s products through personal networks, referrals, digital channels and other approved prospecting methods.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Explain available designs, customization options, pricing and ordering procedures.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert enquiries into completed purchases.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within approved pricing guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups and completed sales.
• Coordinate with the company\'s sales team to ensure orders and customer requirements are properly documented.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
• Work independently to achieve personal monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prospect for customers and close sales independently.
• A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate professionally while working remotely.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but candidates who can demonstrate strong prospecting and selling ability are encouraged to apply.

Commission and Bonus Structure

Commission on Sales

• Sales Agents earn 10% commission on qualifying completed kaftan sales.
• The commission is calculated according to the company\'s approved commission policy and the
• applicable selling price of each completed order.

Monthly Sales Target

• The expected target is 20 completed kaftan sales per month.
• This is a performance target, not a minimum threshold for earning commission.
• Agents can earn commission on qualifying sales even when they sell fewer than 20 kaftans.

Additional Performance Bonus

• Agents who achieve 25 completed kaftan sales within a calendar month will receive an additional ₦100,000 bonus, subject to the company\'s verification of completed sales.

Sales Above the Target

• Agents who exceed 25 completed sales will continue earning their 10% commission on qualifying sales.
• The additional ₦100,000 bonus applies upon reaching the specified 25-sale threshold, unless management approves further incentives.

Performance Evaluation

• Sales performance will be assessed based on:
• Number of completed kaftan sales.
• Commission earned from qualifying orders.
• Achievement of the 20-sale monthly target. Eligibility for the additional ₦100,000 bonus at 25 completed sales.
• Quality of customer communication and follow-up.
• Accuracy of order records and sales reporting.
