Job Description:

一、岗位职责

1. 网络建设与运维

负责数据中心及企业网络的部署、运维和优化工作，包括网络设备安装配置、网络扩容、网络变更实施、故障处理及性能优化，保障网络稳定运行。

2. 项目实施与交付

参与网络相关项目的规划与实施，配合基础架构、服务器、安全及业务团队完成网络建设、迁移改造、系统上线及网络交付工作，确保项目按计划落地。

3. 网络设备管理

负责路由器、交换机、无线网络、防火墙、PON（OLT/ONU）等网络设备的日常运维、配置管理、版本升级、资产管理及运行监控。

4. 故障排查与技术支持

作为团队核心技术人员，负责复杂网络故障的分析、定位及解决，包括链路异常、路由问题、网络性能瓶颈、设备故障等疑难问题处理。

5. 运维文档与经验沉淀

负责日常运维文档、配置文档、故障处理记录及项目交付文档的整理与维护，协助团队积累技术经验并提升运维效率。

二、任职要求

1. 教育背景

本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、通信工程等相关专业，具备5-8年以上网络相关工作经验。

2. 网络技术能力

熟悉TCP/IP、VLAN、OSPF、BGP、ACL、NAT、VPN等主流网络技术，能够独立完成网络规划、配置及故障排查工作。

熟练掌握Cisco、H3C 路由器、交换机及主流网络设备的配置与运维，具备 Palo Alto 等主流防火墙实际运维经验。

4. 数据中心与企业网络经验

具备数据中心网络或大型园区网络实施、运维及优化经验，能够独立完成网络设备部署和变更实施。

5. 故障处理能力

具备较强的问题分析与排查能力，能够独立定位并解决复杂网络故障及性能问题。

6. 沟通与协作能力

具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业务团队、供应商及跨职能团队协作完成项目交付。

三、优先条件

1. 持有CCNP、HCIP、PCNSE等网络相关认证;

2. 具备Cisco Nexus、数据中心网络项目实施经验;

3. 具备大型企业、产业园区或数据中心网络运维经验;

4. 具备防火墙、负载均衡安全设备、无线网络网络经验;

5. 具备自动化运维、Python脚本或网络监控平台使用经验。
