Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated SDE I who is eager to learn, takes accountability, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and thrives in a startup culture. You will work closely with senior engineers to build modern, responsive web applications that integrate seamlessly with backend systems and adhere to the highest standards of security and usability.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Application Development:

• Build and maintain the Studio web interface for the XC platform using modern frameworks (React, Node.js with TypeScript BFF).
• Develop additional applications for demos, sales, and marketing use cases to showcase platform capabilities.

Integration and Security:

• Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorisation, and secure data handling.

Collaboration and Delivery:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Demonstrate urgency in execution while maintaining quality.

Innovation and Growth:

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
• Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to improve user experience and developer productivity.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js .
• Understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns, including REST/gRPC APIs.
• Awareness of web application security fundamentals(OAuth, JWT, CORS, RBAC).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Self-learning mindset, accountability, and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools(e. g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Knowledge ofdesign systemsand responsive UI frameworks.
• Prior experience with demo applications or customer-facing interfaces.
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows or regulated environments.
