HR Generalist

Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition

• Make the recruitment schedule based on business expansion plan for Korea and U.S. Conduct the cost-effective recruitment and ensure the most suitable talents recruited to support the business development in the markets.
• Manage the whole recruitment process:

- Identifying the recruitment channels;

- Resume screening

- Arrangement of interviews

- Conducting interviews & reference checks

- Negotiations of compensation package and

- Onboarding arrangements

• Coordinate and manage job fair participation.

2. Payroll

• Payroll (Outsourcing) administration: Korea, U.S.
• Prepare payroll data for the Finance team.

3. HR service

• Manage HR data and maintain HR master data
• Manage HRIS and HR dashboard

4. Employee Engagement

• Enhance employee engagement through various team building events and activities.
• Organize HR events, including CSR activities, town hall meetings, and One Team workshops.
• Advise Managers and staffs on any HR matters.

Requirements

[자격요건]

• 학사 이상
• 인사 운영 (HR Operations) 경력 3년 이상 ~ 6년
• 급여 운영 경험자
• 근로기준법 등 HR 관련 기본 법률 지식이 있고 실무에 적용할 수 있는 분
• Good command of written and spoken English

[우대사항]

• HRIS 운영 경험
• 급여(Payroll) 및 노무 리스크 대응 경험
• HR 데이터 분석 툴 활용 또는 업무 자동화 경험
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
