Communications Analyst Relations Program Support
Purpose:
- Responsible for supporting the Communications team and its execution of the Analyst Relations program through coordination of analyst assessments, briefings, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of Analyst Relations activities through effective program management, workflow administration, content development and business coordination.
- Contribute to communications, sales enablement, and insight-sharing activities that help maximize the value of analyst relationships across the business
Specific:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities across key analyst firms, business units, and communications stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure analyst assessments, briefings, communications activities, and reporting deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the delivery and execution of a variety of Communications Program activities, including but not limited to:
- Analyst survey and assessment planning, tracking, and coordination.
- Management of analyst briefing schedules, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Coordination of SME inputs, reviews, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Maintenance of Analyst Relations calendars, trackers, workflows, repositories, and action logs.
- Support communications plans through coordination of actions across communications channels and stakeholders.
- Assist with sales enablement activities that leverage analyst validation, research, and recognition.
- Monitor analyst reports, enquiries, coverage, and industry developments and escalate significant updates as required.
- Maintain dashboards, performance metrics, reporting updates, and program status summaries.
- Support maintenance and updates of the Analyst Relations Hub and associated online resources on Sharepoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track actions, and ensure activities remain aligned to business priorities and deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement of Analyst Relations processes, templates, workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Support operational workflows by maintaining trackers, repositories, approval logs, and shared resources that enable efficient collaboration.
Skills and Competences:
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project and workflow management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs, reviews, approvals, and follow-up actions.
- Content development includes drafting, editing, and refining analyst assessments, briefing materials, executive summaries, and other business content using SME input.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting coordination, status reporting, and executive-ready updates.
- High attention to detail with strong administrative, documentation, and records management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, track progress, and escalate risks or issues appropriately.
- Experience maintaining shared repositories, knowledge bases, content libraries, or collaboration platforms.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in process optimization, automation, AI-enabled ways of working, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment.
- Experience supporting communications, marketing, research, business operations, program management, or related functions is advantageous.
