Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee deployment and ongoing management responsibilities for the Lexmark printer fleet using PET and MVE tools
- Test, validate, and certify new Lexmark Xerox device models for production readiness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver print and infrastructure solutions aligned to project requirements
- Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues across onpremises and cloud environments
- Drive printer fleet consolidation and feature standardization initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and business alignment
- Support the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based print solutions
- Apply scripting and automation skills, including PowerShell, Bash, or Shell, to improve deployment efficiency and operational support
- Provide advanced technical support for complex issues, including CPM enrollments, card reader permissions, and escalated service requests
- Develop and maintain processes for identifying, decommissioning, and disposing of legacy
- Lexmark and third-party print devices
- Operate within ITIL-aligned practices and ensure compliance with audit, information security, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across project teams, infrastructure groups, vendors, and business partners
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience developing technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and deployment guides
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with experience using scripting or automation to improve operational efficiency
- Experience supporting enterprise print infrastructure in hybrid environments, including cloudbased print systems, fleet deployment, certification, lifecycle management, and large-scale hardware refresh initiatives
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments is preferred, along with knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices
- Hands-on experience with Lexmark Cloud Print Management (CPM), including device configuration, enrollment, firmware management, driver deployment, and print queue administration
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, particularly as they relate to printer connectivity, troubleshooting, and secure print operations
