The Product Planner is part of a highly cross functional team spanning across Xerox’s business functions that include R&D, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing to drive Xerox’s brand and product life cycle.
A successful candidate enables successful product delivery through organizational leadership and information management, starting from product conceptualization until release.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support product development programs from concept through launch and sustaining, ensuring alignment with business objectives, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate program execution by tracking progress, managing risks, and driving timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate product information, requirements, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for product data, ensuring consistency across business, marketing, engineering, and operational functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, Sales, and Marketing, to align deliverables and priorities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance reviews, and decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product planning, information management, and product lifecycle management processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management field.
- At least 3-5 years' experience directly related to project management.
- Practical experience and knowledge in managing the product development lifecycle.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to track progress, drive actions, and communicate requirement as well as progress reports.
- Collaboration skills, along with the ability to negotiate required timelines among competing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with and across various groups and levels of management within the organization.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence others towards a common goal.
- Able to analyze complex ideas or requirements and distill them into functional and sustainable processes.
- A demonstrated ability to learn and use various project management tools is required.
