What You'll Do
As a Revenue Recognition Analyst, you'll help ensure customer contracts are analyzed and accounted for accurately in compliance with accounting standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition and lease accounting treatment
- Perform revenue allocation using Standalone Selling Prices (SSPs)
- Process SAP downloads/uploads to support revenue allocation and recognition
- Review lease classifications and contract termination provisions
- Support revenue recognition activities for Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance when needed
- Assist with SOX compliance and audit-related activities
- Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Business Operations and Contract Setup teams to ensure timely customer onboarding
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with global teams across different regions
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI
- Experience in an international or multinational company
- Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, IFRS 15, or IFRS 16
- Spanish, French, or Portuguese language skills
