1. 负责空调产品策略制定，达成KPI预期及目标;

2. 负责空调产品GTM策略操盘（4P理论），确保国际市场产品的商业成功;

3. 负责分析市场及竞品，制定区域产品路标、爆品筛选;

4. 监控数据变化及时调整方案及出差或外派地区部和国家，协助业务落地;

5. 负责收集需求和市场动态，参与总部产品定义和策略;

6. 负责地区部/国家/产品PSI预测及产品端到端生命周期管理;

任职要求 / Requirements

1） 市场营销，工商管理类专业毕业，本科以上;

2） 至少5年以上空调品类或销售相关工作经验;

3） 或5年以上3C产品操盘经验及区域操盘经验;

4） 英语可作为工作语言;

5） 愿意外派
