岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 作为电池品类研发项目管理，牵头能够完成对于项目QCD的把控
2. 同时管理好研发类平台项目，进行平台项目的问题/措施/进展的横展与拉齐
3. 做好对于供应商管理工作，确保供应商的资源与进度达到预期
4. 做好项目的风险管理工作，做好风险措施的推动与闭环及汇报，做好问题的及时升级处置，将问题扼杀在早期
5. 做好项目团队管理工作，保持团队的战斗力，并定期进行团队扫描
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 电池项目管理五年及以上经验，本科及以上，具备一定英语交流能力
2. 最好兼有平台项目管理经验
3. 做过刀片及方壳的项目管理工作，优先刀片经验
4. 对于刀片的研发到量产，包括产线及工艺有过完整的经验
5. 有出海项目经验更佳
6. AI能力者优先考虑
