岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、了解工控机产品及其基本组成原理，熟悉cpu、内存、存储、主板等电脑知识
2、配合产品属性规格等资料的梳理，产品相关材料的撰写
3、帮助客户进行工业控制器选型，装配、现场问题配合处理
4、熟悉工业控制器与上下游设备的连接使用，熟悉软件操作基础知识并能配合三方联合测试
5、工控机售后跟进，客户答疑，维修机测试等协调工作
6、其他硬件产品的技术支持工作
任职要求 / Requirements
学历 本科及以上
专业 计算机、通讯等工科背景
工作经历 有过计算机硬件、工控机相关经验者优先
专业资格 无
