- M&E Knowledge: Practical know-how in handling HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general building repairs.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix equipment faults or system alarms quickly.
- Work History: Usually 1 to 3 years of hands-on building maintenance or factory utility experience. [
