The Role

We're looking for a senior, hands-on brand and UX leader to shape how the company shows up - visually, verbally, and experientially - across product and marketing. This is an individual contributor role for someone who wants to lead through craft and judgment rather than headcount: setting the brand vision and design direction, then rolling up their sleeves to execute at a high bar.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end brand identity - voice, visual language, and positioning - across the app, website, and marketing channels
• Lead UX strategy and design for key consumer journeys, from onboarding to chronic care engagement, balancing clinical trust with everyday usability
• Partner closely with product, marketing, and clinical teams to translate business and health outcomes into intuitive, well-designed experiences
• Establish and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and UX standards as the company scales
• Bring an external point of view on category trends in consumer health, wellness, and behavior-change design

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience spanning brand and UX/product design, ideally with senior individual-contributor experience at a consumer tech, D2C, or digital health company
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand craft (identity, storytelling, visual systems) and UX rigor (research-informed, outcome-driven design)
• Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels - equally at ease presenting a brand vision to leadership and shipping a redesigned flow
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or behavior-change products is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Someone who wants ownership and impact without managing a large team
