Broker Partnership Manager - Thai Speaker

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand XTB Thailand’s network of partners across financial, trading, and educational sectors.

• Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships to increase user acquisition and trading activity.

• Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with XTB’s business goals, ensuring sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with Marketing to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events leveraging partner reach.

• Monitor partner performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Work closely with Marketing & Sales to align partnership activities with sales objectives and optimize user and revenue growth.

• Track and report partnership KPIs, analyze impact, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

• Support the development of training and enablement materials for partners to ensure brand alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field); advanced degree is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing - ideally in financial services, fintech, or brokerage in Thailand.

• Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and creative initiatives.

• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Understanding of financial markets and products (stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Analytical mindset able to interpret complex, multi-source data and adapt to rapid industry changes.

• Self-starter thriving in fast-moving, experimental environments.

• Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken, with ability to work in an international environment.
