Influencer & Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing local marketing strategies and campaigns with influencers on all social media platforms
• Identifying, onboarding and managing relationships with strategic influencers or content creators
• Planning, executing and adapting influencers' campaigns and promotional activities (including coordination with local and global team)
• Negotiating terms and coordinating with Legal & Compliance on agreements with influencers
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on influencers' KPIs, business results and ROI
• Managing influencers' budgets and optimizing spending efficiency
• Coordinating marketing support, materials and brand guideline alignment for influencers
• Managing the communication with influencers via dedicated platforms, direct contact and organizing dedicated educational and networking events or webinars for influencers
• Ensuring influencers adhere to brand guidelines, contract terms and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build connections from scratch and directly manage relationships with content creators (influencers) or their managers
• Prior experience, an active creator network, or an understanding of the influencer landscape in Romania (or a proven track record of rapidly scaling partnerships in new CEE markets)
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, personal finance, or investing (fintech background or genuine passion and trading/investing experience)
• Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, deal negotiation, and contract management
• Track record of analyzing performance metrics, tracking KPIs, and optimizing ROI within assigned budgets

• Background working in-house or agency-side for fintech, trading, banking, crypto, or financial services brands
