Should have worked with clients / teams from the US or any other English-speaking countries. Consultative mindset and team collaboration are critical.

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Python Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Python programming language and a proven track record of developing web applications using the Flask framework. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the backend and front end of our web application.

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in Python.
  • Design and implement interactive user interfaces and web pages using Flask's templating engine.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional web applications.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent experience across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex UI-related issues and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Required Skills and

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
  • Strong understanding of the Flask framework and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (Flex-box/Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design and user experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

Qualifications

  • Experience with the Python Dash framework.
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework or library (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
