岗位职责 / Responsibilities
岗位职责
独立处理境内民商事、劳动争议等纠纷，主导或参与协商、仲裁及诉讼案件; 统筹外部律师及专业机构资源，推动案件全流程高效处理;
参与监管沟通、行政检查应对及工商登记、变更、年报等外部行政事务处理; 具备较强的外部法律专业资源统筹与协调能力，能够依法合规对接监管沟通渠道;
负责境内各类合同的起草、审核、修订及合同模板、审批流程的规范化建设;
为业务部门提供法律咨询、法律风险研判及可落地的风险解决方案;
持续跟踪境内法律法规及监管政策更新，完善内部合规制度，开展法律培训。
任职要求
法学本科及以上学历，法学专业基础扎实，具有知名法学院校法学专业背景者优先;
3-5年及以上企业法务或律所工作经验，具备民商事及刑事案件办理经验; 有科技/互联网企业法务与律所复合经验者优先;
具备较丰富的中国境内诉讼、仲裁及纠纷处置经验，熟悉境内监管环境、监管对接及工商事务处理流程者优先;
具备较强的外部法律专业资源统筹与协调能力，能够根据诉讼、仲裁及监管事项需要，高效对接外部律师、仲裁/调解机构、鉴定评估等专业机构以及行政监管沟通渠道，推动争议解决和监管事项依法合规落地;
具备较强的商务谈判和纠纷处置能力，法律分析及文书功底扎实; 具备合同起草审核及合同规范化建设能力;
严谨细致，保密意识强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
