Operations Support Associate (Hybrid | Houston, TX)
The Operations Support Associate serves as the primary support resource for Site Specific and DISA activities within Heavy Industry Operations. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing critical site-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with DISA-related processes, and supporting operational activities within SAP S/4HANA.
Additional responsibilities include supporting customer contract requirements, opening and maintaining customer orders, processing customer invoicing, approving vendor invoices, and providing administrative and operational support across the Heavy Operations team.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of responding quickly to urgent business needs. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential employee and business information while building strong working relationships across a variety of teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting operational, site-specific, or compliance-related processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and customer service
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week, Day Shift
