  • Elaborar Cartas Gantt para la planificación y control de avance del plan de trabajo de los equipos en Servicio Técnico.
  • Identificar prioridades según criticidad de clientes y programa de despacho.
  • Llevar la trazabilidad desde la recepción de equipos para mantención hasta su despacho.
  • Mantener actualizado los gráficos de control (curva S).
  • Control y trazabilidad de indicadores de calidad y garantías.
  • Gestionar garantías direccionándolas con el área técnica asegurándose de cerrar el proceso.
  • Controlar la ejecución de pruebas de calidad a equipos reparados y la emisión de los informes que deben ser realizados durante los procesos que abarcan desde la recepción hasta el despacho de equipos.
  • Controlar el stock necesario de repuestos para cumplir con el programa de trabajo.
  • Verificar que el personal de Servicio Técnico cumpla con los procedimientos establecidos del SGI, Normas y estándares de los fabricantes.
  • Revisar y mejorar los procedimientos e instructivos de servicio técnico.
  • Realizar cotizaciones SAP para el área de servicio llevando registro del backlog y orderlog.
  • Revisar y realizar propuestas de mejoras al MRP, asegurándose de incluir todos los componentes requeridos para optimizar los tiempos de reparación.

Requisitos

5. 1.- Nivel Educacional:

Graduado Universitario

5.2.- Título: (o profesional equivalente): Ingeniero Mecánico, Hidráulico, Eléctrico o Industrial excluyente.

5.3.- Experiencia Requerida

  • Mayor a 4 años en áreas de operaciones y planificación.
  • Conocimientos en máquinas rotativas y proceso de reparación.
  • Experiencia relacionada con competencias: Uso sistemas ERP.
  • SAP
  • Conocimiento en normas ISO 14001:2015 y 9001:20015
  • Experiencia en gestión de calidad y manejo de garantías.
  • Análisis RCA.
  • Indicadores de confiabiidad y mantenibilidad.

5.4.- Disponibilidad para viajar: Si

5.5.- Idiomas: Sí. Inglés intermedio deseable.

5.6.- Excluyente: Licencia clase B; MS Project, Excel Intermedio, Power BI.
