Administrative Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive and pleasant working environment
• Provide high-quality and sustainable administrative support to all employees
• Greet guests and visitors in a professional manner
• Organize team-building activities, including team events, off-site trips
• Provide a full spectrum of administration supports, including general office administration, procurement, facilities management, office expansion, and maintenance
• Liaise with building management for office maintenance
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain a good working relationship
• Assist in ad hoc support

Required Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficient in English and Cantonese
• Energetic and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
• Available to start in mid to late November
