Partner Marketing Manager

We are looking for a senior Partner Marketing Manager dedicated to Frontline teams in EMEA region - someone who will own campaigns, events, and partner programs end-to-end, from planning through execution.

What you´ll do:  

You will be the primary marketing partner for Europe - spanning France/Benelux, DACH/CEE, UK/Ireland, and the Nordics - owning campaigns, events, and partner programs end-to-end, and serving as the glue across regions by adapting what already works in the US and APAC for the European market.  

Specifically, your tasks will include: 

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned Frontline sales teams and their channel partners on all marketing matters, across multiple European countries
• Identify marketing programs and campaigns already working in other regions and adapt them into repeatable, "boxed" packages for European countries
• Design and implement channel sales, incentive, and promotion programs aligned with overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including owning branded, partner-specific communications and newsletters
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
• Plan, design, and execute regional marketing events including partner conferences, customer roadshows, executive roundtables, and webinars
• Lead end-to-end trade show participation - booth design, logistics, lead capture, staffing, sponsorship negotiation, and post-event follow-up
• Coordinate with strategic vendor partners (e.g., Konica Minolta, HP, Ricoh, Xerox, Fujifilm) on joint event presence and co-marketing activations
• Measure event ROI through pipeline contribution, lead quality, partner engagement, and brand visibility
• Own the marketing budget for assigned Frontline regions, including planning, allocation, tracking, and quarterly forecasting against agreed KPIs
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and co-marketing investments with vendor partners, including claim submission and compliance 

About You:

We're looking for someone who operates with seniority - planning proactively, exercising independent judgment on what to prioritize, and owning programs end-to-end without close oversight. Someone with a genuine European mindset, comfortable working credibly across France/Benelux, DACH/CEE, UK/Ireland, and the Nordics. 

What is a good background for this job? 

• Organizational leadership and sales/partner enablement marketing experience, with a track record of launching world-class products or programs
• Ability to develop partner- and sales-facing materials in support of a global solution or services launch
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality; able to present our product's value proposition in a way that clearly resonates with buyers
• Ability to develop and drive quarterly goals and objectives, backed by data on what's working
• Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics; results-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A strong communicator who builds deep relationships and inspires trust, while still able to challenge the status quo, all in perfect English
