Job Description:
Yaltopia Tech is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across digital platforms and engage our audience with compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube
Write engaging captions, posts, and campaign copy in English and Amharic
Manage the monthly content calendar and ensure consistent posting
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns within the assigned budget
Respond to comments and messages and build an active online community
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
Work closely with the videographer/designer to produce high-quality visual content
Monitor trends, competitors, and new platform features to keep content fresh
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
Strong portfolio of social media accounts or campaigns you have managed
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and scheduling tools
Excellent written communication skills in English and Amharic
Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
Creative, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok trends and short-form video content
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
