Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Automatic crimping machine handling
  • Bench top crimping machine handling
  • Crimp applicator validation
  • Crimp dimensional measurement
  • Crimp visual examination
  • Crimp cross section measurement
  • Headroom testing
  • Hydraulic crimping machine handling
  • Crimp press calibration
  • Ultra Sonic Welding machine handling
  • Crimp force testing
  • Crimp resistance measurement
  • Slow Motion test setup preparation
  • Related equipment maintenance according to the maintenance list
  • Terminal and wire stock handling

Job requirements:

  • Technical High school degree
  • Work experience in the field of wire harness production (1 year minimum)
  • MS Windows applications and related Office Software
  • Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
  • Basic proficiency in English language in reading and writing is mandatory
