To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Quality Technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, report, and support the resolution of quality concerns identified at the customer assembly plant.
- Act as the key point of contact between the customer, warehouse, and Yazaki manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate containment, sorting, and rework activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Create and communicate inspection, sorting, and rework instructions while monitoring their effectiveness.
- Perform quality audits and proactively identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Follow up on corrective actions and support problem-solving activities with internal teams and manufacturing plants.
- Ensure timely reporting of quality issues, customer complaints, and escalation of critical concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical education or relevant experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or the Automotive industry.
- Previous experience in a quality-related role is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations when required.
