To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Planning Supervisor in our plant in Meknes .
Tasks & Attributions :
- Receive and organize customer order forecasts.
- Prepare and release weekly production plans.
- Monitor production and shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Control inventory levels and reduce dead stock.
- Analyze customer orders and identify capacity gaps.
- Coordinate with Service Center and relevant departments on order changes.
- Manage urgent, pull-forward, and non-forecast orders.
- Monitor WOS, MPS, and related SAP transactions.
- Analyze daily production output and report abnormalities.
- Follow up on rework plans, premium freight documentation, and order fluctuation reports
Qualifications :
- Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Equivalent ,
- Min 4 years of Experience in the same role .
- Experience working with SAP (PP/MM) or other ERP systems .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and demand data .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
