Trainee Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and qualified fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Officers. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs and orientation activities to develop the knowledge and skills required for the position.
• Assist with daily departmental operations and complete assigned tasks under the guidance of supervisors.
• Support ongoing projects and contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain relevant documents, records, and reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Learn and follow the organization's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance work processes.
• Complete assigned training activities and demonstrate continuous professional development.

Educational Qualifications

• BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.

Work Experience

• No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
