Als Tester Panelenbouw waarborg je de kwaliteit van besturingspanelen door het productieproces kritisch te controleren. Jouw nauwkeurige testwerk zorgt ervoor dat alleen foutloze installaties de werkplaats verlaten.

Wat ga je doen:
Je voert diverse kwaliteitscontroles uit om de functionaliteit van de panelen te garanderen:
  • Testen van besturingspanelen aan de hand van schema's en werkinstructies
  • Controleren van elektrische aansluitingen en componenten
  • Signaleren en analyseren van storingen of afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van functionele controles op complete panelen
  • Registreren van testresultaten en bevindingen
  • Herstellen of laten corrigeren van geconstateerde afwijkingen
  • Samenwerken met assemblage- en engineeringteams om problemen op te lossen
  • Beoordelen of panelen voldoen aan kwaliteitseisen en specificaties
  • Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van test- en controleprocessen
  • Zorgdragen voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving
