About the Role:

• Responsibilities: You will actively assist with recruitment processes, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews. Dive into Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, supporting training programs and employee growth. You'll also contribute to Organizational Development (OD) projects, helping shape our workplace culture and efficiency. Expect to engage with talent management strategies, support payroll processes, and handle sensitive personnel administration tasks with precision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be key to your success in daily operations and data management.

Requirements
