RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES :


Appui à la gestion des achats


  • Assister dans la préparation et le suivi des bons de commande.
  • Participer au suivi des fournisseurs.
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données achats.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers d’achat.


Suivi des opérations d’importation


  • Participer au suivi des dossiers d’importation.
  • Préparer et classer les documents liés aux importations.
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons avec les transitaires.
  • Contribuer à la coordination avec les partenaires logistiques.


Support administratif


  • Classer et archiver les documents administratifs.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi des commandes.
  • Appuyer l’équipe dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes.


 


 


 


 


 


 


COMPETENCES :


 


  • Étudiant(e) en Logistique, Commerce International, Gestion ou Achats.
  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 en cours de formation.
  • Connaissance de base des procédures d’achat et d’importation (un atout).
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel notamment).
