Store Manager

Job Summary

Yetem Trading PLC is looking for an experienced, responsible, and results oriented Store Manager to oversee the company's store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising store activities, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee and manage daily store operations and activities.

·         Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

·         Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

·         Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations.

·         Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and organization of all store items.

·         Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.

·         Prevent stock loss, damage, misuse, and unauthorized issuance of goods.

·         Prepare regular stock reports and submit them to management.

·         Supervise and coordinate store personnel.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Operations and Efficiency Management

• Oversee Daily Operations: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, order picking/fulfillment, packing, and dispatching of goods.

• Workflow Optimization: Continuously review and improve warehouse processes and layout to maximize space utilization and increase productivity (e.g., minimizing travel time, reducing bottlenecks).

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the company's manufacturing, procurement, sales, and transport teams (fleet) to ensure seamless and timely distribution of products to customers across Ethiopia.
