Business Analyst / Researcher / Operations Specialist

micro1 is seeking Business Analysts Researchers and Operations Specialists to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis research and operational reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business scenarios decisions and trade-offs.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
- Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
- Analyze data using Excel SQL or similar tools.
- Develop reports memos business cases and process documentation.
- Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
