About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling our teams to work effectively within an Agile environment. You will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, empowering teams to become more autonomous and deliver meaningful value. Acting as a facilitator and Agile advocate, you will help create an environment where teams can thrive, adapt, and continuously improve the way they work.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating Scrum events and ensuring effective meeting practices.
- Helping Scrum teams focus on creating high-value increments, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Helping teams identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
- Working closely with key roles such as Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and frameworks.
- Supporting teams in continuously improving their collaboration, delivery, and ways of working.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a technology environment.
- Experience working with software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile approaches.
- Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
- Ability to establish relationships, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
- A pragmatic approach to Agile, adapting practices to the needs and maturity of each team.
