Position: Crether Main Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the assigned production machine according to approved procedures.
- Check machine settings and operating conditions before and during production.
- Monitor product output and report unusual noise, faults, or quality problems.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic operator-level checks as instructed.
- Record production quantities, downtime, and operational issues.
- Follow machine-safety procedures and coordinate with maintenance staff when repairs are needed.
Requirements
Required experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Educational qualification: Technical or vocational training related to the relevant production machine.
Required Skills
- Machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Understanding of production quality and safety requirements.
- Teamwork and clear communication.
