1. 计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历，2-6年Python开发经验
2. 精通Python面向对象设计，具备完整项目开发及交付经验，代码质量意识强
3. 熟悉FastAPI、Flask或Django至少一种框架，有RESTful API及关系型数据库实战经验
4. 掌握Git版本管理，了解单元测试、Linux、Docker及CI/CD部署流程
5. 具备良好英语沟通能力，有JavaScript/TypeScript前端经验或性能优化、系统集成经验者优先
