Your Mission
We are looking for you to join us immediately as a Customer Project Manager (m/f/d) at our office in Sofia.
As a Customer Project Manager (m/f/d), you take end-to-end responsibility for setting up and further developing a customer service project for one of our well-known clients. You design processes from scratch, build scalable structures and lead several Team Leads and their remote teams.
Strategy & Process Design: You define clear, scalable processes along the entire customer journey. You identify inefficiencies, prioritize areas for action and implement sustainable solutions.
Project & Account Management: You steer projects holistically, both operationally and strategically, and act as the central point of contact for our clients. You keep the commercial targets in view and actively develop your projects further.
Leadership & Organizational Development: You lead Team Leads as well as permanent and freelance team members, set clear goals, establish regular feedback structures and continuously develop your organization. In doing so, you create an environment where ownership and performance go hand in hand.
Data-Driven Steering & Decision-Making: You analyze relevant KPIs, derive well-founded actions and make operational decisions independently, ensuring fast and effective implementation.
Stakeholder & Interface Management: You work closely with internal functions such as Recruiting, Training, Quality and Tech, coordinate all parties involved and ensure smooth processes. You see yourself as a driver of new ideas.
Strategic Development of the Operations Setup: You actively contribute to the further development of processes, structures and operating models beyond individual projects and help scale our organization sustainably.
Your Skillset
Experience & Background: You bring solid experience in operations or project management and ideally have already built or further developed structures or processes on your own.
Strategic Thinking & Business Sense: You think entrepreneurially, quickly grasp connections and develop solutions that work operationally and make commercial sense.
Ownership & Decisiveness: You drive topics forward independently, set clear priorities and make well-founded decisions, even in dynamic situations.
Communication & Leadership: You communicate clearly, reliably and at eye level (in German and English) and are able to motivate, align and develop teams, including remote ones.
Structure & Flexibility: You work in an organized, solution-oriented way and adapt quickly to new requirements.
