Program Manager (DFS)

Job Summary

• Prepare & implement Program Management Plans to deliver the right scope/deliverables for all projects/program within the agreed timelines mentioned in the signed contract in compliance to HCL Global Project Management Framework
• To drive Program/Projects (large scale) with agreed scope that covers multiple phases and effectively manage risks, issues, key stakeholders, escalations.
• To ensure high customer satisfaction for all assigned Transformation/Transition Projects
• Participate in all activities related to planning of potential new clients` onboarding by developing comprehensive transition and transformation plans
• Contribute to transition and implementation discussions with client and internal stakeholders prior and post contract signing
• Ensure sign off and billing of milestones for projects/Program completed as per the agreed timelines as per Revenue Projection.
• Ensure tracking & adherence to budget allocated to transition and transformation projects as well as other one time IT implementation projects
• The program manager is in charge of leading new project implementations including but not limited to the below responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain detailed project plan and corresponding documentation
  • Schedule and lead all project planning and review sessions with client and internal stakeholders
  • Assess and raise any events likely to impact the designed project plans and result in delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify effective solutions to realized risk and new issues arising during the project implementation
  • Support the client and the internal teams post completion of the implementation phase and during the defined hypercare phase
  • Manage project costs, scope, schedule and resources according to contracts, SOWs and project plans.

• Apart from new projects implementations, the Program manager also leads change management initiatives as identified necessary among the various projects. Such scenarios may include new scope implementation, transformation initiatives, major service improvement plans or other based on the objectives of the projects defined.
• The Program manager ensures the designed project plans meet Client’s expectations and are in line with the defined Scope of Work and Service Level Agreements;
• Provide regular project monitoring and measurement of the effectiveness of all project related activities
• Drive Process Improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness of the initiatives, as applicable;
• Ensure Client satisfaction on all Ongoing projects being delivered to clients;
• Achieve positive client references for transition and transformation implementations;
• Ensure the timely implementation of all contracted deliverables within the span of new client contracts or change management of existing contracts;
• Act as client’s point of contact for additional requests that may arise during the execution of the project management
• Build relationships with client contacts, internal operational groups and any 3rd party involved in supporting Client’s environment.
