Missions
- Run the weekly revenue forecast and track it against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Design and implement sales compensation plans, calculate commissions each month, and answer sales reps' questions.
- Build, run and improve the monthly performance review with the CRO and Sales leaders.
