The core capabilities of the team include developing deep product and user/partner expertise, driving strategic decision making with expert analysis, managing complex cross-functional programs, landing launches and driving adoption, and analyzing performance to inform future product roadmaps.

Our Subscriptions team covers a range of products and programs, including all subscriptions products (YouTube Premium, YouTube TV, Primetime Channels and Studio, NFL Sunday Ticket), additional Entertainment programs (Cultural Moments, Sports, TV+Film Licensing), and related cross-YouTube products and capabilities (Commerce, Payments, Abuse). In this role, you will interact with key stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment on product strategy and execution - and launch products that creators and viewers love.

As a Global Product Activation Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for leading a team of PAMs that develops deep product and user/partner expertise, drives strategic decision making with expert analysis, manages complex cross-functional programs, lands launches and driving adoption, and analyzes performance to inform future product roadmaps. At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.
