岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责面向AI场景的平台系统产品的业务客户端开发工作;

2、负责架构设计，研发体系搭建，工程化方案优化，提高研发效率和研发质量;

3、参与前沿技术研究，承担重点、难点技术攻坚;

4、负责核心产品的技术选型和调研，提出专业合理的方案建议，并推动技术驱动更多的业务价值;

5、负责客户端团队的搭建和管理，打造层次鲜明，执行高效的技术团队。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、5年以上iOS或Android开发经验，2年以上团队管理经验，能够打造快速进步的优秀团队，有跨双端的经验优先;

2、扎实的计算机、iOS或Android开发相关基础、精通OC/Swift等开发语言;

3、精通多线程和网络编程，对高性能程序设计、架构设计有较多经验，能快速搭建、调试或重构软件代码;

4、对复杂业务架构理解力强，熟练应用设计模式处理业务场景，产出高质量设计; 对系统解耦、客户端稳定性和性能优化有体系化思考;

5、有良好的沟通协作能力，对于疑难问题能够深入钻研、进行攻坚。
