岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责SSD固件需求定制，并与厂商协同研发并指导其开展工作;

2、负责SSD故障定位系统、性能调优、数据安全等竞争力特性的策略制定、方案落地;

3、引领SSD领域技术发展趋势，结合字节跳动业务应用场景，开拓底层存储技术发展方向，并推动相关技术产品化落地;

4、深入理解存储业务应用，对分布式KV、HDFS、分布式块存储等进行深入分析，了解业务情况与用户需求，制定性能成本最优的软硬一体化方案。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、5年以上SSD固件领域相关工作经验;

2、深入理解SSD固件架构以及代码实现;

3、熟悉NAND Flash颗粒特性（TLC/QLC等）;

4、熟悉存储接口协议（NVMe/SAS/SATA/UFS/eMMC等）;

5、熟悉fio、vdbench、iometer、iozone、dbbench、blktrace、iostat等存储相关工具;

6、熟悉ZNS/OpenChannel/Smart SSD/KV SSD/NVMe over Fabric等，有驱动和应用开发的优先; 了解Linux block IO layer、NVMe driver架构与实现的优先。
