RESPONSIBILITIES
Helpdesk Support and End-User Services
- Manage IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all incidents, issues, and requests are properly logged, tracked, and resolved.
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, and applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for end users.
User and Systems Administration
- Administer user accounts, including account creation, deactivation, and the purging of disabled accounts.
- Administer printer servers, including printer installation and folder mapping.
- Administer email accounts and phone systems.
Infrastructure and Endpoint Management
- Manage Windows 11 environments, including monthly patching, operating system upgrades, and system imaging.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics for laptops and desktops.
- Provide first-level network troubleshooting and administer the guest network.
- Administer and support projectors, audio-visual systems, and meeting room equipment.
Asset Management, Reporting, and Vendor Coordination
- Manage inventory for laptops, desktops, IT peripherals, and software assets.
- Prepare slides for weekly team meetings and reports as required.
- Coordinate with vendors performing maintenance or recovery work on IT equipment.
Operational Support and After-Hours Duties
- Participate in the after-hours duty phone rotation.
- Provide support on weekends or outside office hours when required.
- Perform ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
- Diploma in IT or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support.
- At least 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to work on Jurong Island once a week or as assigned.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central will be an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation Certification will be an advantage.
