Requirements:

  • AI exposure is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, AI features, or workflows involving AI/GenAI.
  • Candidates should have strong experience working with good B2C or B2B product companies.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from good design colleges; candidates from good engineering colleges can also be considered.
  • Strong product design experience with expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, user research, prototyping, design systems, and Figma.
  • Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, problem-solving, and shipped products.
  • Experience working on complex consumer-facing, SaaS, marketplace, or enterprise products will be preferred.
