This is a Lead Product Manager role that will own the overall product direction at Coreworks from problem definition to GTM-ready product in the early innings of building a category-defining AI platform. You'll operate at the intersection of customers, AI engineering, and business strategy, owning how we create a product enterprises depend on every day. You'll be the single point of accountability for product outcomes, partnering directly with the founders. This is a hands-on '01 role for someone who thinks in customer outcomes, ships fast, and wants to shape what Coreworks becomes.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Own the Product Vision and Roadmap:
- Define and drive the product vision for Coreworks.
- Translate the founders' long-term bets into a clear, sequenced roadmap.
- Make sharp prioritization calls on what to build, what to kill, and what to wait on.
- Communicate the "why" behind every bet to engineering, design, and GTM.
Lead Discovery and Customer Development:
- Run structured discovery customer interviews, workflow mapping, and pain identification.
- Turn fuzzy enterprise pain into crisp, scoped product problems worth solving.
- Be the loudest customer voice in every room.
Drive 01 Execution:
- Partner closely with engineering to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate.
- Write clear PRDs, specs, and product narratives that align the team.
- Run tight build-measure-learn loops: kill what doesn't work and double down on what does.
- Own outcomes end-to-end, from beta users to enterprise rollouts.
Build for AI-Native Workflows:
- Design products around multi-agent systems, LLMs, and probabilistic outputs.
- Define what "good" looks like: evaluations, accuracy benchmarks, trust signals, and traceability.
- Balance AI capability with UX simplicity so outputs are usable, not just impressive.
- Think hard about hallucination, accuracy, and how enterprises actually adopt agentic AI.
Connect Product to GTM:
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with GTM, design, and founders to shape positioning and pricing.
- Inform sales motions, onboarding, and customer success with deep product context.
- Use customer signals and usage data to shape both product and go-to-market decisions.
- Drive activation, retention, and expansion as first-class product metrics.
Build the Product Function:
- Lay the foundation for how products are done at Coreworks: rituals, docs, and decision-making.
- Set the bar for craft, customer empathy, and shipping speed.
- Mentor and eventually hire as the product team scales.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning a product (or major surface area) end-to-end as the senior-most PM on it.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping a product that found real traction, not just iterating on a mature one.
- Experience building for technical or enterprise buyers' finance, analytics, ops, or data teams is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with AI/LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, or data-heavy platforms; comfortable making product calls on probabilistic systems.
- Sharp product sense you can tell a great solution from a clever one, a real problem from a vanity one, and a 10x feature from a 10% one.
- Highly analytical, comfortable defining metrics, instrumenting products, reading data, and designing evals; SQL fluency is a plus.
- Excellent writer and communicator your PRDs, narratives, and updates create clarity across engineering, design, and GTM.
- Strong technical depth you can hold your own in architecture conversations, read API specs, and reason about tradeoffs with engineers.
- Operating maturity that punches above years of experience, being comfortable being the most senior PM in the room, driving alignment with founders, and making calls without escalation.
- Startup-ready: thrives in ambiguity, autonomy, and speed; wears many hats without flinching.
- Systems thinker: you connect customer pain, product bet, metric, and business outcome.
- Bias for action you ship, learn, and iterate faster than most.
Bonus:
- Background in finance/analytics tooling, BI platforms, ERP/CRM ecosystems, or prior 01 product experience at a seed/Series A startup.
- Founding PM or "first PM" experience is a strong signal.
