About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital InnovationDepartment for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

  • Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing and executing software testing scenarios and test cases for mobile, web, and backend systems.

  • Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing based on business requirements.

  • Document bugs, inconsistencies, and issues clearly and track them through resolution using tools like JIRA.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure product quality and alignment with user expectations.

  • Contribute to QA reporting and dashboards and support testing automation efforts when applicable.

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing

  • Understanding of APIs and Postman or equivalent tools

  • Programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
